What time do we show up and what if I’m late?

This one is very important. We expect for clients to show up 15-30 minutes before the shoot ready to go. For late arrivals, we have a strict policy that we must rebook for another time if you are more than 10 minutes late. This will happen from time to time, so we understand, but it is important for you to know we will need to rebook. We have other sessions throughout the day, we want to be respectful to them by finishing on time. We will work with you to find the next available opening that fits your schedule.

I have kids who do not sit for very long?

This is what makes family sessions so fun! First and foremost, do not get too stressed about it, we are all too familiar with this scenario, and we need mom and dad looking good and feeling good. Don’t get us wrong, we still need you to parent, but we will do our best with them. Here are a few tips we have:

1)Bring their favorite toy, electronic device, and some snacks.

2) Prep them ahead of time so they know what to expect. Kids are smarter than you think.

3)Expect the unexpected

Don’t worry, we will survive.

What do I wear?

We can’t tell you what to wear, but we can give you some tips

1) Wear outfits that you feel comfortable in, if you are uncomfortable, then it will show in the pictures. If that dress is too tight and you can’t breathe… don’t wear it. If that dress shirt is too baggy and you don’t like it… don’t wear it. We need you as confident as possible.

2) Try not to wear clothes with patterns, may look good in real life, but in pictures, well you are taking a gamble. This is not a rule, just a suggestion.

3) Try to color coordinate using the color wheel. This goes a long way and helps with the overall look of the photo. Don’t know the color wheel and how to coordinate colors? Google it!

How do I provide feedback?

Feedback is critical to our success. Both good and bad, as we strive to make this the best customer experience for our customers. As we have mentioned before, our expectation is to have valued and loyal returning customers, and the only way we can accomplish this is through feedback. How long will it take to get our pictures?

Our current lead time is 2 weeks. We are looking at process improvements to get them sooner to you. If there is a delay, we will email you notifying you of the late arrival. And of course when they do arrive, we will call or email you.

Is there a booking fee?

Yes, we charge a non-refundable $50 for each booking. Please note this will be applied to the final price and is not in addition to cost.

Is there a cancellation policy?

We understand something may come up which prevents you from making your session. We will do our best to accommodate a new schedule change.

I’m very shy and I have no experience posing?

That is why we have such a wonderful team who will assist you from beginning to end. During the session, our photographers are trained on how to work with people, we may not be perfect, but we aim to give every customer the best experience. We will guide you though the posing to get you that winning shot. As simple as A B C and 1 2 3.

What if there is bad weather?

We expect this to happen from time to time, outside shoots will be rescheduled at the earliest convenience at no charge.

Do I need to tip?

We do not expect a tip for the services we provide. But if you feel someone went out of their way and did a great job, I’m sure you would get a smile from them.

How do I recommend your great product and service?

The best flatteries a business could get are: return and word-of-mouth customers. Feel free to give them our website info and phone number listed below. We will be sure to get back to them.
